Nanit Pro is not pairing

hi, my nanit pro is brand new. It paired in the first time, but now it got disconnected and I’m not able to pair again. When I unplug it and plug again, the Bluetooth light seems to randomly decide to turn on, but almost never flashes… impossible to understand Whats happening
