Issue with TWO Nanit Pros
My wife and I have been really happy with the Nanit Pro camera as we’d experienced no issues up until a couple of days ago. So, when we found out that we were expecting again last year, we immediately knew Nanit was the answer. As a result, we purchased a second Nanit Pro.
On 7/24/23, our first Nanit Pro said it was trying to connect to the camera on the app. I went in the room to find the camera completely off. This was after an update. I tried power cycling by unplugging from the base and the wall, a hard reset, reinstalling the app. It simply never turned back on.
