Nanit not connecting - tried resetting WiFi

i have only had my nanit for a few months and it will not connect tonight. I didn’t find out until my daughter was put in the crib so i am unable to try all of their suggestions. I did try resetting my wifi but no luck. It has been hours and really frustrating
