Camera is hot to touch - no answer from customer service
I created a ticket on Sunday, and again today, no word from customer service. Called customer service line and waited for 40 minutes before hanging up, currently waited for 7 minutes on phone again. Could someone in customer service please get in touch? Our camera (just set up on Saturday) is hot to the touch, video stops loading often,
