Activating insights-paid and not working!

Have had the nanit for 13 months now, let the year subscription lapse. Child has had some sleep issues so I paid to subscribe again and get the basic plan insights. Got the receipt, followed the FAQ suggestions to activate, only to see it’s not an option. Only shows as Insights Basic Plan (not yet activated) …
