Can i get a refund on nanit insight subscription?

I just recently updated my apple payment and by accident the nanit insight was set to auto renew. I did not intend to renew nanit insight as i dont need it anymore. I cancelled the subscription right away although but it states that it would still be active for one year. Please advise as i dont need it anymore and
