App background noise inconsistencies

I have 2 Nanit pro cams. One is in my sons room and the other in my daughters room. All night we play the nature sound “wind” on both devices. However, in the app for my sons room I can hear the wind sound on my phone. It’s very loud. If I go to my daughters room in the app,
