Anual Insights subscription issues

Hi,

Just realised that you dont get any Insights with Nanit Insights premium.

This is very misleading as you actually dont provide any inisghts with premium plan. 


Also, since I was forced to pay for Annual Premium subscription (there was no option to subscribe monthly) what happens if I require to upgrade to Ultimate and or cancel subscription altogether? The order was placed within less than 1 week surely distance selling regulations would regulate this and I should have the right to cancel if the services are
