Nanit Pro will not connect to Bluetooth/ wifi

hi all,

I probably should have tested the camera sooner as I’m being induced today but I’ve been trying to set up the Nanit Pro camera w/ floor stand since yesterday and haven’t had any luck. The flashing blue light doesn’t come on, ever. I’ve tried every single suggestion on the support page. Not sure what else I can do at this
