Hi,


Your recent downtime proves one thing: it should not be mandatory to rely on your servers to see our kids.


We’ve spent a lot of money on a camera - a camera that has functionality to be smart, but most of all, for us to be able to keep an eye on our kids.


Clearly, you want to keep us in your ecosystem, which means you spend more time developing new products and subscriptions features that we can pay for, so you can make a lot of $$$, than making sure we can see our kids. Basic functionality.
