Multiple issues

I know this post isn’t in the right place, I was unable to add it to support.

At first, I loved my nanit, so much in fact that I purchased the additional insights for the year.

For about a month, I’ve experienced the same ongoing issues:

• time is off in insights (not every night, but randomly)
• Camera disconnects
