Red Alert notification not showing on wife’s phone

so last night, i got a red alert notification, which turned out to be a false alarm, but the notification and sound only came up on my phone. My wife’s phone, who gets all other notifications just fine, did not receive the red alert. We went in and double checked her settings and they are identical to mine. Is
