Insights has been super spotty and now not working at all on both of my cameras
I’m very unhappy with the functioning of insights. If paying for a subscription I should get the features promised. The app inserts video at times it didn’t happen, doesn’t show video of things that did happen, misses when we interact with the kids, when my son gets out of bed etc etc etc. I’ve contacted customer service
