App Features Unavailable Suddenly - Malfunction

Some of the features are suddenly not available on my app.

I am not able to access the event list/video history, all settings. And I’m not getting the message “child woke up 25 mins ago”, etc.

My husband’s app is working correctly and as normal.

Yes, I have restarted my app and phone.

Please help!!!
