Wall mount can't angle down anymore

Why can't the wall mount angle down any further? I have my smaller crib against the wall and this camera at the wall mount angle captures too much activity zone outside of the minimum threshold. Either let the camera angle down more or allow for zoning to go as small or big as a user needs. The minimum threshold area
