Renewed Nanit Insights not loading

Our free subscription of basic Nanit insights just ended so I repurchased it on the website through my account. However it is not activated yet (it says on my dashboard it’s there but not activated.)

I found information on the website of how to activate but their instructions are different as to what I’m seeing on my Nanit homepage. Help please :)
