Red alert

Hi. I had my first red alert on my 11 week old. When I rushed into the room he was breathing and the owlet sock said his o2 and HR were good. Is it normal to get false readings. Also, the last couple of days it says his respiratory rate is between 19-23 which it normally said between 25-35. Idk
