Red lights come on when plugged in but reset button not working and does nothing

Hello, I have seen several support threads on the topic but still see no solution.

We have the same issue: the camera is not working, we hear a click when plugging it or when pressing the wifi button. Reset steps don’t do anything.

none of the steps we could find online helped. We tried to call the support several times but after more than an hour on the phone waiting for an operator, nobody picks up.
