Insights for Wall Mount

We have our Nanit mounted to the wall with a wall mount but I just bought the Nanit Insight package that is $119 and I can't look at dashboards because it says I have my camera on a flex stand. Does anyone know how to fix this? I bought the Insight package so I would have all the benefits and
