Auto night vision not working

My nanit is brand new (I've had it 3 days). It was working great then last night the monitor screen was pitch black. After giving I found how to turn on the night vision but the auto night vision option suddenly won't work!! Anyone have a fix for this? Pretty upsetting for a $400 product to last 3 days before
