You also have the option to contact the Nanit Support Team by completing the contact us form, emailing to [email protected] or dialing 1-866-696-2648. The support team is available from 11 AM-9 PM EST on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and 12-9 PM EST on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
We had our first red alert today. The baby was out of the crib being fed. He's been out loads of times and the alert hasn't sounded (we even questioned if it worked at all).
Anyone else experienced anything like this. We haven't done anything differently.
