Share the News stopped working - NANIT APP

For the prior few months the 'Share the News' option has stopped working. Are there specific requirements required in order to download/send/text "Today Child is 3 months old" etc. memories? Prior to a few months ago I was able to click on the 'Share the News' button, it would pull up the option to download to photos,
