Move 'Rotate video' button to the main screen

There's already a pretty lengthy discussion around supporting foot-of-bed orientation, but this is a different request...

I'm surprised that the Rotate Video button is still buried in the 3-dot menu, which is only accessible from the main screen and not the full-screen view. I've never seen a baby/toddler that isn't always moving around in the crib. We're constantly having to open that menu to change the orientation, which is frustrating when in full-screen mode.
