Camera disconnects when the lights turn off in the room
Camera works when the lights are on but as soon as we turn the lights off in the room the camera begins audibly clicking off and on and says it is disconnected. It then prompts us to troubleshoot our connection issues in the app. We have updated and reset the camera, app, phones, internet, etc… and the problem persists.
