Is there a way to customize the display name for various relationships? (Eg: Nana instead of Grandma

My mother in law does not go by Grandma with her grandchildren and would like the ability to customize the name to what she does go by (Grammie) is this possible? It doesn't seem so to me, but maybe I am missing something. It does mean something important to my mother in law and would be a nice feature!
