Nature sounds and microphone no longer work

We have had our nanit for almost 2 years and never had any issues. Recently the nature sounds and the microphone have stopped working. I've reset it, reconnected to the wifi and unplugged it and still nothing. I also checked the camera setting and everything was turned on so I turned it off and back on and still nothing. What
