Never receive a red alert - camera faulty?
We have had the Nanit for 8 months and have never once received a red alert, despite the camera telling us it lost breathing and to restart to continue monitoring - this doesn’t seem right to me, surely the camera should be alerting when it has lost any connection with baby? Please help.
