Feed is not accurate and cannot see naps/analytics

Why is my Nanit not working all of a sudden? None of my feeds are accurate and I can’t see any naps/analytics.‘I’ve emailed your help line and no answer. My feed goes in and out. Can barely use it it’s so bad.

    Hey @Ad170,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. You might want to try power cycling your Nanit camera by removing the camera from the stand and unplugging it from the wall for about five minutes. Then re-attach the camera back on the stand and let it boot back up.

    While you're power cycling your camera, try uninstalling the Nanit app, reboot your phone device, and reinstall the app to see if that helps resolve your issue.
