Connection Issues/Microphone Feature Not Working

I have the Nanit Pro and I use it with an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Used for one year. I noticed that right around the time nanit was prompting me to enroll in the paid insights program, I started having two issues.
The app has been glitchy and unreliable off and on, not loading the image for several minutes at a time, or simply not connecting at all. And the talk (microphone) feature will no longer connect. It’s almost as if these two things are a result of me not paying for insights subscription.
Has anybody else experienced this?

Thanks for posting on the community and sharing your concerns.
If you're noticing that the Nanit app is not working correctly, try to power cycle your Nanit camera by removing the camera from the stand and unplugging it from the wall for about five minutes. Then re-attach the camera back on the stand and let it boot back up.
While power cycling your camera, be sure to uninstall the app, reboot your iPhone 11 Pro Max, and reinstall the app.
