Nanit switching on and off

Twice in the last 24 hours the nanit has switched on and off again, stopping the white noise and breathing monitor and waking the baby up. Then trying to use the app to get things back running takes forever as it ‘loads’ and buffers.

I’m genuinely aghast that a camera that costs this much money fails on such a basic level. Yes I’ve tried the very long winded reboot that no parent has time for. When will nanit actually look into these issues?
