my 8 month old son is struggling to sleep through the night. We do 2 naps a day, typically 1-1.5 hours each. Never longer than 2 hours. Usually wakes from second nap around 3-330pm and we put him to bed between 6-7 every night. He is eating some solid foods during the day and my wife breast feeds him right before bed. Even…
I jinxed myself, my son was sleeping through the night at 10 weeks and I thought I was lucky… little did I laugh at myself once the 4 month regression hit. I have tried letting him self soothe, but it ends in crying. He needs to be rocked to sleep and the second I put him down he is up again.
I've been trying to get my 6 month old to sleep on his own since 4months. He only sleeps for 2.5hrs gaps during the night and 20min-30min gaps for naps. I've tried so many different methods and so far nothing has worked. I have a routine set for bedtime… feed, bath & massage, read, and then bed. He refuses to fall asleep…

My daughter used to be a great sleeper and was sleeping through the night since 6 weeks old. Around 4 months she did start waking up and her doctor told me to move her to her own room so I did. But ever since then we have had the worst time. I know we went through the 4 month regression but I didn’t think it would ruin her…
My 8mo can spot herself to sleep at night no problem, giving us up to 8hrs in the first stretch. Naps are another story, we don’t feed to sleep, completely dark room, monitoring wake windows. Yet she’ll only sleep a 40-45 min nap. I don’t know how to transition her to two naps with those short naps. TIA
I was able to do the Ferber method with my first. With my twins it’s tricky. They wake each other up and heighten their cries when trying to get them to self-sooth during their bedtime. Naps, they typically have no issue going to sleep. Any suggestions?

I've tried multiple times nomatter how exhausted she is l, if she's not already asleep when I put her down then she's not having it.
