Waking up during the night

my little girl, she is 11 months old.

Her routine is:

6:00 wake up / food and entertainment / first nap: 9:00 until 10:20 / food and entertainment / second nap 13:50….14:00…14:10 until 16:00….16:10…16:20 / food / shower / bedtime 20:00.

During the night she wakes up around midnight and cries, stands up and we have to pick her up until she fall asleep again in our arms. This whole process is around 2 hours.
