Hi Nanit support team, for some reason my baby's 8 month milestone photo is not appearing. She turned 8 months last week, I tried forcing shutting down, also all devices in the house, everything! Can someone please resolve this for me. Really bugs me as I add a lovely photo each month

When I try to setup the app it won’t pair as there seems to be some issue with the location based services on the Fire. Our Nanit pro has recently been recording night sleep as day sleep. Of my child wakes between 12 - 4am and we take her out of bed when they’re put back it’s records the next stretch of sleep as daytime. Sleep times are 7pm-9pm and 7am-9am. Is there a way to assign day sleep as night sleep?

It seems that once I updated my Nanit app the sound hs stopped working. I’ve power cycled my phone, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, restarted internet.

How do I remove the wall mount without completing destroying my walls? Trying to pull the covers off the wall results in either the adhesive ripping off huge chunks of drywall or separating from the cover and staying on the wall.
