We recently upgraded our plan from the Sleep plan to the Memories plan. Our app says we can have 10 team members, but it will not let me add any more than the current 2.

My baby woke up at 3:50 am, I took her out of her crib to nurse her and put her back a little after 4 am. Why is the sleep period after 4 am processed as day sleep? It also doesn't count towards the nightly visits. I would like to have it with the night sleep. Our bedtime is set from 8 pm to 8 am.
In the activity center it's nice normal speed, but the insight memory is at 1.5 speed and with no sound rendering it useless. Is there any setting I need to change in the app? How can I save the normal speed version?
One day one of the camera pins didn't come back out after transferring to our travel base. The pin has gone inside of the camera unit (I believe) and I can hear it rattling around inside. There is no sound coming out from my camera in Nature Sounds or Two Way Microphone. I’ve tried the camera attached to both our wall mount and travel stand with no success on either. We’ve power cycles the camera, done a hard reset, and made sure we have the most up-to-date software on our phones. Any help???
