Recently every time I go to use the two-way microphone to talk to my daughter through the camera it says connection failed and to try again. We have unplugged the camera and power source and the issue continues. I have updated my app in the App Store so just very confused on why this feature no longer works.

The insights portion of the nanit has been logging baby’s wake up time incorrectly. Baby usually has two visit where I’m taking him from his crib to nurse but then will put him back into bed. I currently have an insights memories plan that I renewed yesterday (3/6/2026). Everything seemed fine but as of today (3/7/2026) the app keeps asking me to subscribe to view video history and other features. Apple indicates I have an active subscription untill 2027. Why has this desynced and how to a fix this?
Nanit will not power when plugged in and WiFi button stuck cannot press in. This thing is less then 2 year old, what a pos for the price.
