Hello, I have a Nanit Pro which powers on with the Flexi stand, but not with the floor stand. The floor stand was gifted to me by a friend. Holding the bottom button down for 10-15 seconds does nothing, with no blue light. It's as if the floor stand isn't receiving power. Please help :)
