Horrible service
More of a statement rather than a question. After several says of emailing a support agent I still have camera issues. Tried every single troubleshooting option and the camera still freezes, disconnects and shuts the white noise off randomly. For the cost of this “high tech” camera I am very dissatisfied.

Poor video quality when zoomed in and unable to see anything with lights off

Audio/Visual Issues?
Has anyone else been having issues with their camera going in and out. I woke up the other night to the monitor not even on. I go back to look at video footage and it’s spotty. The audio keeps going in and out too. Am I missing something? I’ve made sure to update the app, restarted my phone multiple times…I’m at a loss.
