Pulling a video for medical reasons from my daughters camera

Why is nanit denying me the ability to save a 5-8 minute video of my daughter having a medical event? It's on the video history, and I do not understand why you are denying me access to recieve this video? I've paid for two cameras and have two premium subscriptions, and to be denied this is just absolutely
