Pulling a video for medical reasons from my daughters camera

Why is nanit denying me the ability to save a 5-8 minute video of my daughter having a medical event? It's on the video history, and I do not understand why you are denying me access to recieve this video? I've paid for two cameras and have two premium subscriptions, and to be denied this is just absolutely horrible. I used to believe in Nanit as a company, but it seems that corporate greed over subscriptions has taken over and you refuse to help parents. I hope everyone knows how Nanit doesn't care about parents or their children.
