Movement

on my app it keeps saying my baby woke up, but when I watch the video of the “wake up” she’s just moving in her sleep. How do I change the sensitivity- not for notifications specifically but for it to add to her “sleep time”

Hi @Allisondanzansky - thank you for taking the time to post in the community! It sounds like the wake up notifications you are receiving are Insights events. Our algorithm determines sleep states based on motion - if there is significant motion it can adjust the asleep state to awake.
Unfortunately it's not currently possible to change the sensitivity/threshold for receiving these events - however you do have the option to report a false Insight event or edit your sleep data (https://support.nanit.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002002394-Edit-your-baby-s-Sleep-Data-Summary).
I would also recommend checking your crib positioning to ensure that the camera is placed correctly in relation to the crib and your motion area/parent pickup zone is set to the right area. This will help ensure that you get the most accurate Insights and sleep analytics (you can read more here - https://support.nanit.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006336954-My-sleep-analytics-are-not-accurate).
