Sound for Nanit Pro is not working

Hi - I installed our nanit pro yesterday, however the sound is not working today. It was working fine yesterday. I've been through the guidance on other forum questions regarding sound not working, and it is still not working.

Please can you advise what to do? We really need to be able to hear the sound!
