One of the pins on the nanit camera has disappeared inside of the camera unit. How do I get it out?

One day one of the camera pins didn't come back out after transferring to our travel base. The pin has gone inside of the camera unit (I believe) and I can hear it rattling around inside. We have a baby on the way in the next few weeks, and I'd like to get it fixed asap. Is there a way
