Authentication Errors

  1. Have Nani Pro and insight subscription.
  2. Nanit stopped working once we shifted our internet provided
  3. Our internet connection and my router are properly setup; all my devices are working fine
  4. Spent 2 hours with tech on call and ended up getting a new replacement unit
  5. New unit worked with local view only for 1 hour, before nanit asked for firmware update
  6. firmware update took long time and nanit offered advice to replug the device
  7. Thats it, I am back on Authentication Errors, lost even the local view.
  8. Authentication Errors seen include 1 and 504
  9. We are addicted to nanit features, its been a week and we are desperate, nanit please help
