Faulty design on floor stand and camera
After one to many Red Alert and 3 weeks of frustration not being able to swivel down the camera on the floor stand as per instructions I disassembled the camera out of frustration and learned that my unit has been assembled incorrectly in the factory.
Please see photo. My camera can swivel only upward, not downward. In other words the connection piece beteen the swivel and the camera has been assembled upside down. You'll also see that the logo os wrong way up in photo.
