Naturally had to happen at bedtime that our camera can’t be used because of a firmware update which has taken more than an hour, I think it’s frozen, how do I sort it?
We are so sorry for the late reply in regards to this. If you're still experiencing this issue, try to force close the app and re-open it and see if that helps. If that doesn't help, try to perform a power cycle for your Nanit camera. by removing the camera from the stand and unplug from the wall for about five minutes. Then re-attach the camera back on the stand and let it boot back up.
