Nanit won’t close from background on Samsung

Partner has a Samsung Galaxy S7 and he can’t seem to stop the camera running on the background.

I know the live feature intends for the camera to do this. But with my iPhone, I double click the apps, swipe up and it closes the app all together (no background running).

However, my partner touches the bottom left button feature and selects close all, which he says closes all his other apps, but Nanit continue to run in the background.

Can anyone help?? It’s killing his battery

Hi @clairem1122, thanks for posting here!

It sounds like the background audio is continuing to run, which is why the app is running in the background even when the app is closed. Turning off background audio before you force close the app should ensure that the app remains closed.

If that does not work, let me know and I can provide some additional tips or have our support team reach out to help troubleshoot!
