Last night my camera stopped with the notifications at 630pm so I’ve gone the whole night without the camera picking up on anything. Anyone else had this fault and know how to make sure it doesn’t happen again?
Hi @Sammy_Rocc0, If you’re not receiving sound or motion notifications, I'd recommend first making sure your notifications are enabled with the proper sensitivity settings by following the steps here. If you have notifications turned on and you still aren't receiving anything, let me know and I can escalate this to our support team!
I'm having issues with the notifications not coming through on my phone. I can see the movements that occur overnight, but no notifications and no alerts to my phone over night. Why does that happen?
Have you tried following the steps that NanitMackenzie provided above? Also try uninstalling the Nanit app, reboot your phone device, and reinstall the app to see if that helps.
