Microphone not working

hello ,

My microphone isn’t working , says connection failed from last two weeks. I unplugged Nanit camera , I even u uninstalled the app but no luck so far. I also updated the app because it was pending but still having this issue. Please fix it. My daughter is currently far away from me and I need to communicate with her.
