Night vision not working

I just set up our Nanit today and the night vision is not working at all.
I can see the 4 red dots, but there is no clicking when toggling between on and off.
It is pitch black when the night vision is “on” and I’ve tried the reboot option, unplugging it for a few minutes and still nothing

how do I fix this?
