Nanit Home Screen is extremely slow

hi, So we’re fairly new to using the Nanit but it’s been a generally frustrating experience. The Nanit home takes forever to load screens or turn on the camera we often just use the Nanit app.

Additionally the baby status always take a while to update. Is this normal behavior? It seems like for the cost of this screen it should be more reliable than it is.
