Nanit Video History Not Working

Hello. I recently installed our Nanit Pro camera yesterday in our daughters room and we subscribed to the Memories package so we can have video history playback capabilities. The camera shows on the history log when motion or sound is detected but when I try to play the video I get "Video from this time is not available". Upon install
