I am experiencing frequent disconnects, and my camera gets stuck on "getting video stream..."

I have two Nanit Pro floor stand cameras. My newer one never has any issues with disconnection. The other one is about a year older, but the same model. For some reason this camera frequently disconnects and will not run any video stream. I have found that unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in allows the video
